Nous vous proposons une semaine de découverte de l'agriculture biodynamique

Different speakers will talk about their experience as a breeder, market gardener, farmer, each time with a specific perspective on biodynamic agriculture, which was initiated by R. Steiner almost 100 years ago. The approach to the plant and animal kingdoms will be presented theoretically in the classroom and through practical observation in the field.

objectifs :

• Compréhension de l’agriculture biodynamique : le cours vise à introduire les participants aux principes et pratiques de l’agriculture biodynamique, en mettant en évidence ses spécificités par rapport aux autres approches agricoles.

• Examen des principes biodynamiques : les participants auront l’occasion d’explorer les principes fondamentaux de l’agriculture biodynamique, tels que ceux développés par Rudolf Steiner il y a près de 100 ans.

• Observation pratique sur le terrain : une partie du cours consistera en des observations pratiques sur le terrain, permettant au participants de voir comment les principes biodynamiques sont mis en pratique dans les fermes et exploitations agricoles.

• Les participants devraient acquérir une compréhension approfondie de l’agriculture biodynamique et de ses implications pour la production alimentaire.

Pierre mainaud

Pierre Mainaud has been a mixed-farmer-breeder in Allier, at Les Béguets, in the town of Saint-Menoux since 2010. The farm has 200 hectares of mixed farming, including 180 hectares of herbs and around twenty hectares of crops (wheat, spelled, small spelled, peas and oats). He breeds two breeds of cows: Aubrac breed for the production of calves under dam and Highland Cattle breed for the production of 4-5 year old oxen and heifers. In order to enhance the cereal production of the farm, it also recently has fattening pigs, as well as about fifteen beehives. He has been president of the Demeter France association since 2019.
