A donation to Foyer Michaël (Paul Coroze Foundation) benefits from a tax advantage:
For individuals, the payments made are entitled to a tax reduction of 66% of their amount taken within the limit of 20% of the net taxable income (beyond, carried forward over the next 5 years) .
For the companies, the payments made benefit from a reduction of income tax or the companies of 60% of the amount of these payments taken within the limit of 5 ‰ of the turnover HT Beyond 5 ‰ or in the event of a deficit exercise, the surplus can be carried forward over the following 5 years within the limit of 5 ‰.
In addition, under the TEPA Act, the Paul Coroze Foundation allows its donors a reduction of their ISF equal to 75% of the amount of donations made with a ceiling of 50 000 EUR. Thus the optimal donation to benefit from the tax reduction is 66 666 EUR. Beyond this amount, and contrary to the income tax reduction, the excess of the gift can not be carried over to subsequent years.
