We offer you a week of discovery of biodynamic agriculture.
Different speakers will talk about their experience as a breeder, market gardener, farmer, each time with a specific perspective on biodynamic agriculture, which was initiated by R. Steiner almost 100 years ago. The approach to the plant and animal kingdoms will be presented theoretically in the classroom and through practical observation in the field.

Speakers
Pierre mainaud
Pierre Mainaud has been a mixed-farmer-breeder in Allier, at Les Béguets, in the town of Saint-Menoux since 2010. The farm has 200 hectares of mixed farming, including 180 hectares of herbs and around twenty hectares of crops (wheat, spelled, small spelled, peas and oats). He breeds two breeds of cows: Aubrac breed for the production of calves under dam and Highland Cattle breed for the production of 4-5 year old oxen and heifers. In order to enhance the cereal production of the farm, it also recently has fattening pigs, as well as about fifteen beehives. He has been president of the Demeter France association since 2019.
René becker
After having worked as a biodynamic farmer for more than 20 years, René Becker now devotes himself mainly to professional training in biodynamic agriculture and to environmental awareness through botany, astronomy, zoology by the Goethean approach. He also co-founded Terre de Liens, an NGO that acquires land to remove it from land speculation in order to entrust it to promoters of innovative projects in ecological agriculture. He has been involved for a very long time in the anthroposophical movement and participates in its contemporary evolution.
