Quite an art!

Autumn delighted us…

The golden trees gradually became bare, the blue mists settled in and, in the garden of Foyer Michaël, life got busy before giving way to the long winter break.

The summer fruit harvest has come: carrots in abundance, squash and celery, eggplant and radishes. How good it is to walk in this beautiful garden where life, accompanied by the loving heart of the gardener, lavishes metamorphoses.

He returns to Foyer Michaël the task of restoring the students engaged in this rich nine-month adventure. Nourishing the body as well as the mind is no easy task. This is why biodynamic harvests are brought into the kitchen from the nourishing garden every day, to be transformed, concocted and spiced by the cook Jérémie della Negra! His creativity turns our plates into culinary works where flavors and colors meet.

By mixing market gardening and culinary art, we wish to provide students with the strengths of health and conviviality.
