A song that unites
Last December, there were more than ten of them taking part in the singing course at Foyer Michaël. This two-week course welcomed people from all walks of life. Some already had singing experience. For others, it was a discovery. Meeting, listening and helping each other allowed everyone to grow, surpass themselves and enter into group harmony. Every year at the Foyer, for everyone, the singing session is a challenge to take on!
“From this period, I remember the mutual help and support between the participants. I had never sung before arriving at the Home. I had to find my voice, listen to that of others and together we maintain harmony. These two weeks, with a recital as the focus, immersed me in the Christmas spirit. I received a precious gift from this: being able to feel that we had developed a strong group “we.” Celine.
Zoé Pireaux attaches great importance to the integration of everyone in the constitution of her choir. “Wherever we come from, musically but also socially, we can create an overall sound.” Zoe
