Gymnastic

This workshop offers to experience space through 6 directions. Our body can be experienced as an “instrument”, a “tool”, a “house”. This instrument is erected vertically. How to find the path to reconnect with this instrument? This work addresses the need to find a real connection with your body, to work on it like a musical instrument.

SUSANNE FRITZ-GUILBAUD

Susanne Fritz Guilbaud was born in 1963 in Germany. It was at the age of 20 that she met the Foyer Michaël. She decides to invest in it. In 1997, she began her training in Bothmer gymnastics in Stuttgart (Germany). She then became a gymnastics teacher at Foyer Michaël. For about 15 years, she has been involved in family assistance in conjunction with the Allier departmental council and the Moulins hospital center.
